These terms apply to neogencmms.com and to the demo request and newsletter forms on it. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.

They do not cover the NeoGen CMMS product. Access to the software is governed by the service agreement signed with NeoGen InfoTech.

Using this site

You may read it, share links to it, and get in touch. You may not:

• Submit false information, or someone else’s details, through the forms.
• Attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems.
• Scrape or copy the content wholesale for republication.
• Use the site for anything unlawful.

The product screens on this site are illustrations of how the software works, drawn for this website. They are not screenshots, and the sample data in them — asset codes, costs, vendor names, readings — is made up for the purpose of the drawing.

Please give accurate details, and do not put confidential or sensitive information into a demo request — it is a first contact form, not a secure channel.

Information you submit is handled as described in our privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The NeoGen name, the logo, and the text, design and illustrations on this site belong to NeoGen InfoTech. You may quote a short extract with attribution and a link. Anything more needs our written permission.

Where we link elsewhere, we are pointing at something we think is useful. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
