Who we are
NeoGen CMMS is a product of NeoGen InfoTech. This policy covers this marketing website only — if you become a customer, the handling of data inside the CMMS itself is governed by your service agreement, not by this page.

What we collect
Only what you type into a form. There is no account, no login and no profile on this site.
- Demo requests: your name, work email and company. Phone number and a short message are optional.
- Newsletter: your email address, and nothing else.
- Standard server logs kept by our hosting provider, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting.
Why we collect it
To reply to you. A demo request is used to contact you about a demo and to prepare for that conversation. A newsletter signup is used to send you product and maintenance-practice updates, and for nothing else.
We do not use this information to build a profile of you, and we do not enrich it with data bought from anyone else.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your information.
- We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not run advertising or analytics trackers on this site — no ad pixels, no third-party session recording.
- We do not add you to a mailing list because you asked for a demo. Those are separate choices.
How long we keep it
Demo requests are kept for [Replace] so we can follow up and keep a record of the conversation. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Server logs are kept for [Replace].
Ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are legally required to keep it.
Who can see it

- Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct something that is wrong.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Unsubscribe from the newsletter — every email also carries an unsubscribe link.
Security
Form submissions travel over HTTPS. The forms are rate-limited and carry a spam trap, and the endpoints reject any field they were not built to accept.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is that we collect as little as possible, which is the only protection that never fails.
Children
This is a business product. The site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
