  • Reduce downtime

Get ahead of failures with preventive schedules that run themselves — and move fast when something does break.

  • Increase productivity

Technicians open one app, see the right job in the right order, and close it with the evidence attached.

  • See every work order

What it does

Everything you need to run a reliable operation

One system for the work, the assets and the evidence — instead of a spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and a filing cabinet.

Work orders

A CMMS your technicians will actually open

The fastest way to kill a maintenance system is to make it more work than the job. This one is built around the job.

  • Every task, request and PM in a single queue
  • Clear instructions with photos, files and checklists
  • Status you can see without chasing anyone for an update

Preventive maintenance

Fewer breakdowns, and a lower bill for them

Planned work is cheaper than emergency work every single time. The trick is making the plan run without anyone having to remember it.

  • Schedule on time, usage or condition and let it raise its own work
  • Build PM checklists with photos, readings and required steps
  • Watch reactive work fall as a share of the total

Same failure, two ways

CH-02 · Chiller

Planned

₹11,400

Emergency

₹42,800

  • Technician labour₹2,400 → ₹4,800

Two technicians instead of one, called in at night.

  • Out-of-hours premium₹0 → ₹7,600

Nothing to pay when the work is in the diary.

  • Expedited parts₹2,900 → ₹11,400

Courier and spot price rather than stock held for it.

  • Contractor callout₹0 → ₹6,500

    Outside the contract response window.

  • Lost production₹6,100 → ₹12,500

Nine hours down instead of a planned two.

The repair is the small part. Everything around an unplanned repair is the expensive part.

Assets

One record per asset, and you can trust it

Maintenance history is institutional knowledge. It should not live in a technician’s memory or a shared drive.

  • Organise assets by site, building, system and unit
  • Track condition, cost and full service history in one place
  • Scan a QR code to open the record while standing at the machine

Inventory

Get control of your parts

Half a day lost to a van trip for a filter that was already on the shelf is a stock problem, not a maintenance problem.

  • Alerts before a part drops below its minimum level
  • Scan barcodes or QR codes to check stock and location
  • Track usage per asset and run cycle counts that hold up

FAQ

Questions worth asking first

Will our technicians actually use it?

That is the question that decides whether a CMMS succeeds. The mobile app is built around one screen — the job in front of you — and a QR code on the asset opens the record without anyone typing a code. Adoption is the design goal, not an afterthought.

How long does it take to get up and running?

Most teams start with an asset import and their most critical preventive schedules, and are running real work orders within days rather than months. You do not need the whole estate configured before technicians can start using it.

Can it handle multiple sites?

Yes. Assets, work and stock are organised by site, with standard definitions across the estate so locations are genuinely comparable, and enough flexibility for each site to run its own schedules.

What happens to our existing maintenance history?

Assets, open work orders and past history can be imported at setup, so you keep the record you already have instead of starting from zero or running two systems in parallel.

We are completely reactive today. Is this too big a jump?

No — that is the usual starting point. Begin by capturing reactive work properly, then put your most critical assets on a preventive schedule. The planned-versus-reactive split shows the shift as it happens.

Does it work where there is no signal?

Yes. Plant rooms and basements are exactly where coverage disappears, so the mobile app holds assigned work, photos and readings on the device and syncs when the connection returns.
