Cut the time to first response
Requests land straight in the queue with the asset and location already attached, so nobody loses an hour working out who should go.
Give every job an owner
Assign by skill, site or shift. Technicians open the app and see their work, ordered by what matters most today.
Keep the whole history
Photos, parts, hours and sign-off stay attached to the work order and the asset — long after everyone has forgotten the details.
One queue instead of five inboxes
Requests arrive from email, a QR code on the wall or the app, and all of them land in the same place.
- Raise a request in seconds from any device, with photos attached
- Triage by priority, site and asset without opening a spreadsheet
- See what is reported, assigned, in progress and resolved at a glance

Clear instructions, not guesswork
A work order carries everything the technician needs before they walk over.
- Attach checklists, manuals, photos and safety steps to the job
- Require readings or a photo before a job can be closed
- Log parts used against the work order as the job happens
Job instructions
WO-1023Lock-out required

Evidence that survives the audit
Because the record is built while the work is done, it is still accurate months later.
- Every status change is timestamped and attributed automatically
- Filter historical work by asset, technician, site or period
- Export a clean record for an auditor, insurer or client

Work Order Management questions
Can people outside the maintenance team raise a request?
Yes. Anyone can submit a request from a browser or by scanning the QR code on the asset, without needing a full licence. Requests arrive in the same queue for your team to triage.
How are work orders prioritised?
You set the priority rules — by asset criticality, site, or the type of fault. Work orders sort by those rules so technicians open the app and see the most important job first.
Does it work when the site has no signal?
The mobile app holds the job and any photos or readings captured offline, then syncs when the device is back on a network.
Can we bring our existing open work orders across?
Yes. Open jobs, assets and history can be imported during setup so you are not running two systems side by side.
